Mauritius has long been considered one of the holiday destinations in the world. It’s infamous for its beautiful beaches, stunning climate and a relaxing experience second to no other. This deal has found you a way to make it affordable!

The flights that I have found are on flights.thomson.com and will cost you £269 per person for a round trip. This is based on you leaving on 07/12/2014 and returning on 22/12/2014. It’s definitely worth noting that you can change the dates of these, however the price does increase from here!

Whilst you’re on the island you will obviously need to find a hotel to stay in! The best way to do this is to use either trivago.co.uk or hotels.com because they have the cheapest hotel deals. One example I have found for those of you on a lower budget is the Auberge Le Saladier, which has received a TripAdvisor rating of 4.5/5 as well as being awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2014. Staying here for 14 nights would cost you £277 per room when booking on hotels.com, which is an absolute bargain!

If you were looking for something a little bit more luxurious then you could choose something more along the lines of the 4* Esprit-Libre Restaurant and GuestHouse, which has received a TripAdvisor rating of 4.5/5 as well as being awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2014. Staying here for 14 nights would cost you £1,020 per room when booking on hotels.com, which is still pretty affordable! This hotel is also really close to the beach, so the location is that much better.

This really is the perfect excuse for you to escape at the beginning of December and enjoy some sun. Make the most of the beaches, enjoy the atmosphere and relax during the lead up to one of the most chaotic times of the year!
