Based on the Greek mythology the island of Mykonos has been formed by Heracles who has defeated a giant and threw him into the sea. The giant turned into stone and Mykonos was created. Well I don’t know if it’s true but one thing is certain: Mykonos has a lot to offer to those of you who like culture and history.
So explore the beauty of Mykonos with the holiday package that is currently providing for only £146 per person for 7 nights incl. hotel, flights and coach transfers!
You will be at the 3 star Anemos Apartments (excellent 94% on TripAdvisor + Cert. of Excellence) which looks like a traditional Greek property and is located just 100 metres from the Ornos beach. The Greek island Mykonos has many different beaches: from sandy beaches to shingle beaches, there is everything for everyone’s taste. The Ornos beach is very popular for bathers and the location of your hotel is pretty close to everything. The nearest restaurants can be reached within a few minutes walk. But if you get hungry and you don’t want to walk that short way to grab something, then take it easy and check out the pool bar of the hotel which offers you tasty snacks, cold drinks and cocktails until midnight.
Even the city centre of the capital Mykonos Town is only around 1.5 miles away, so just 5 minutes taxi drive. There’s also a bus stop outside of the hotel complex that takes you to beautiful sandy beach Aghios Yiannis if you like to. Definitely make a trip to the ‘Islands of Gods’ the Ancient Delos if you want to discover some more Greek mythology during your holiday. This island became famous as the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis and of course because of the wonderful ruins that won’t disappoint you :)

Short note: When I was searching for the deal and clicked ‘continue’, one of the sites displayed a price of £1460 per person by mistake. If this happens to you, don’t be surprised and click again on ‘continue’. The next step displays the correct pricing.
