Famously known as the “city of love”, Paris is one of the most popular destinations for certain occasions; Birthday’s, romantic getaways, proposals… but none so popular as Valentine’s Day. This deal has the option for you to get there on Valentine’s Day and really sweep your partner off their feet!

Valentine’s Day in Paris

The deal I have found you is available on travelbird.co.uk for just £86 per person. This includes your 2 Night Hotel stay,  daily Breakfast, a glass of Bubbly and a River Seine Cruise! It’s definitely worth noting that your flights are not included in this deal, to find them I would recommend using expedia.co.uk.

With this deal you will be staying in the Hotel Glasgow, which has received a good TripAdvisor rating of 4/5. Whilst you’re staying here you’ll be provided with a daily Breakfast and a welcoming glass of champagne! Not too shabby, hey?!

Below, I’ve given you an idea of the flights you could find for Valentine’s Day dates, which does, unfortunately, make them more expensive. The dates I have used are 14/02/2015 – 16/02/2015. These included flights from London Heathrow and would cost you £119 per person. This would bring the total cost of your trip up to £205 per person; still, not too bad for a romantic weekend away.

Before you get to Paris for Valentine’s Day, you should definitely have booked a restaurant for the evening. Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest times of the year for Paris, so you will definitely need to book as far in advance as you can; as soon as you’ve booked the trip, book the restaurant. The restaurant obviously depends on how much money you’re willing to spend on a meal out for you and your partner..

If you’re looking for a really high end splurge, you could try Verjus or La Tour d’Argent; both very good restaurants and brilliantly romantic, the perfect setting for a Valentine’s Day Dinner. You then have those of you who want to spend a fair amount but not that much, so you could try Le Chardenoux or Pirouette, again both are very good restaurants and very popular with everybody who eats there. Don’t worry if you’re on a budget, you can definitely still find some great restaurants; for example the Chez Prosper restaurant is excellent and really affordable, so is Le Baratin!

This is the perfect excuse for you and your loved one to have some much needed time away to really show each other how much you love each other. It’s the ideal way to combine a relaxing break, with a romantic treat!
