Rome is a city of culture, history and wonders – you’ll need an equally wonderful accommodation to top off your trip! Central location, tasteful interiors, peaceful garden… the Relais Clivo Vaticano has it all!
Relais Clivo Vaticano – a quiet retreat in the Eternal City
Imagine waking up to a pretty garden view with birds singing just outside your window and the warm morning sun creeping into your room… and all of that at the heart of the Italian metropolis of Rome! The Relais Clivo Vaticano is a charming little spot, surrounded by a garden that’s just perfect for a bit of relaxation in the sun.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped in a flat screen TV and antique furnishings. The en suite bathrooms include some complimentary toiletries so you can treat yourself to a bubble bath after a day of exploring Rome.
In the morning you can enjoy a sweet Italian breakfast and the terrace is a perfect place to rest and sip a cup of coffee while admiring the exotic plants in the garden. A while in the spa tub is the best way to relax!
Perched in the Clivo Vaticano, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the museums of Vatican and the Holy City itself. The metro and train station is just a short walk away too and you’ll find great links to the main landmarks of Rome there like the Spanish Steps or the Coliseum.
Getting to Rome is a piece of cake, since most UK airports offer direct flights to Rome – check out my Flight Fare Finder for some bargain connections. A taxi drive from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes and you can also choose to take the train and then take a nice stroll to the hotel.
