Hey guys, I found a great deal for a road trip through Andalusia here on travelbird.co.uk. You will be able to explore the south coast of Spain yourself with a rental car and with stays in 3 hotels in 3 different cities. That’s an amazing opportunity for a little adventure through Spain and get to know more of the country than usual. So check out the info that I gathered for you:

You can book this trip on travelbird.co.uk and choose to fly from either London Stansted, Leeds/Bradford or Glasgow. The price for this trip starts from £279 per person based on 2 adults sharing and depends on the dates and your airport. The maximum price is £399 per person.

Let’s get to the Andalusia trip: you get your car on arrival at the airport of Malaga, so that’s your first destination on your road-trip. Drive to your 3 star hotel Posadas de España (77% on TripAdvisor) which is situated between the airport and the city centre. Parking is free and the hotel runs an outdoor pool if you need a refreshment. And then look forward to explore beautiful Malaga!
It’s a city with a rich history, delicious food and a passion for good ‘fiestas’. Visit the pedestrianised city centre and stroll to the city market with the Roman theatre, Gibralfaro Castle and Alcazaba. If you want to see a really beautiful spot then wait for the night and go to the Manquita Cathedral: it is beautifully illuminated at night!

After Malaga it’s time to leave to Seville where you stay 2 nights in 4 star TRH Alcora Sévilla Hotel (52% on TripAdvisor). Parking is also for free and the old town is just a 10 minutes drive away. The rating on TripAdvisor is very low and I checked the reviews for you. People say that the hotel is more a 3 star standard hotel and not really worth its 4 stars. Some say that it’s a good hotel for a short stay, so hope that it’s okay for you. Just don’t expect too much of the hotel.
But you won’t be disappointed by Seville! The city has a history dating back to Greek and Roman mythology and its culture is a mixture of traditions. The port of Seville was the start of Christopher Columbus’s journey… must be a sign that you’re going to be at the same place :)

So do it like Columbus and continue your journey through Andalusia and discover the ‘world’ of Granada. Your last city on your trip reflects the Arabic past and the majestic palace of Alhambra is one of the most important monuments in Islamic architecture. You spend your last 3 nights in the Ibis Granada (75% on TripAdvisor) which is only 5 minutes from the city centre. Just note that parking costs you ca. £6 per day.

Just don’t forget to take a selfie in each city :)

FYI: there are many dates in June, July, August, September and October available and depending on your airport of departure the prices range between £279 up to £399 per person.
