Barcelona, Europe’s largest metropolis on the Mediterranean coast, the city to thank for World Book Day and the city that has long been considered the best beach city in the world- even National Geographic agree. Here is your chance to finally get to go and explore it!

You will be staying in the Generator Hostel Barcelona for the duration of your 5 night stay. This hotel has received a TripAdvisor rating of 4.5/5 as well as a Certificate of Excellence for 2014. It’s also located really centrally to the city, so it’s easy to get around everywhere. Guru Tip: The best and cheapest way to get around Barcelona is to use the Metro, all of the ticket machines have an “English” option as well, so you’ll know you’re buying the right things!

Your flights are also included in this price, leaving Manchester on 13/11/2014 and returning on 18/11/2014. This is a really good length trip, costing very little for what you actually get. It’s just the right amount of time for you to experience what the city is actually like, but not so long that you run out of things to do! This deal through will only cost you £98! This trip can be booked either as a single traveller, but it’s easily changed to accommodate more people!

Whilst you’re in Barcelona there is so much for you to do that you won’t know where to begin. I would really recommend walking around the city centre to find your way around, it’s so beautiful that it’s a shame that people are normally too distracted to appreciate it, so definitely take your time. You also have no excuse not to get your fill of tapas, pintxos and vermouth whilst you’re there. Barcelona is full of fabulous restaurants, you have your pick of hundreds. You won’t be disappointed!

Aside from that, Barcelona is full of amazing artwork, phenomenal views, a deep history, countless churches and some really good places to enjoy a drink or three. There is nothing you can’t do in this amazing city, so what’s stopping you?
