Take a deep breath in, stretch your arms out and welcome the morning after a night in a Gypsy Caravan. The fresh countryside air will work its wonders and you’ll find new energy, enthusiasm and a deep connection to nature at the Drybeck Farm in Cumbria.

Your Glamping Break in Cumbria

This deal I found on Groupon includes a 2 night stay for 2 or 4 at a Gypsy Caravan perched on Drybeck Farm in Cumbria. The price is £79 total for 2 and £99 for 4 people sharing respectively so you will only need to buy one. The voucher is valid Monday – Thursday from 14th April – 20th October, so you’ll have plenty of time to gather up your friends and plan your trip into the wild.

The Drybeck Farm boasts a 5/5 TripAdvisor rating and a Certificate of Excellence and is perched near the quiet village of Armathwaite providing some stunning views and idyllic atmosphere. There are themed caravans and yurts dotted around the farm that include some snazzy comforts like a cookhouse to the side, electric supply and running water – who said camping has to be difficult? Made from local timber and fitted with wood-burning stoves, these caravans and yurts are in harmony with nature and emanate a rustic feel.

You and your friends will really be able to enjoy some peace here. Hidden away from the large cities and everyday hustle behind hills and mountains, Cumbria features the beautiful Lake District National Park with plenty of hiking trails and natural beauty for you to explore. Fancy going back to the roots? Take a horseback ride through the hills or venture to Hadrian’s Wall – a UNESCO World Heritage Site steeped in history. It can’t be a coincidence that River Eden flows nearby… ;)

Guru-tastic tips to plan your travel

How to book this deal:
I’m a blogger who loves to find these deals on the Internet and to share them on my blog. :)
I’m not a travel agent and I’m not working in a travel agency. I do not handle any payments and I do not offer any of the deals. You book all of these deals that I find with the provider who is offering the deal. You just need to follow the link in my post to Groupon.co.uk and there just follow the instructions. :) Feel free to amend any details on the provider’s page to suit it up to your needs.

By bus:
If you like one of my hotel or spa deals and if you need a cheap way to get there or if you simply need a cheap way to catch one of the flights that I post, check out Megabus or National Express for the cheapest bus rates. Both providers offer cheap fares and run special promotions to save even more money.

By train:
Travelling by train is a great alternative to flights, so take a look at the offers through Eurostar or National Express.

If you would like to add some activities to your holiday, check out Expedia’s Things to do. Attractiontix is your friend, if you would like to book tickets  for a certain theme park or events or if you want to make a tour.
And last but not least, don’t miss out and check TripAdvisor for more inspiration and great things to do during your holiday.
