This Easter take the family away for a day out of a different kind, and enjoy everyone’s favourite plasticine sheep as Shaun the Sheep hits Kew Gardens.

Kew Gardens + Hotel Voucher

Shaun the Sheep has landed at Kew Gardens, and thanks to my friends at TravelBird you could be enjoying their company, along with a one night stay at Novotel London Brentford all for just £29.75 per person.

Included in this deal is 1 night at the Novotel Brentford London, Breakfast and Tickets to Kew Gardens. The hotel itself is in a great location for your day trip, just 16 mins from Kew Gardens.  Transport is not included but the Gardens are easily accessible by Tube or Bus. The hotel is rated 4.5/5 of TripAdvisor so you’re sure to get a good nights rest.

At any time Kew Gardens has lots going on. This greenhouse of tropical botanic delights will leave you walking round with open mouths gawping at the sheer size of plants. The Royal Botanical Gardens are home to over 30,000 different species of plants – the largest collection of this type in the world. As well as all the flora delights of Kew they also have restaurants and cafes so you won’t go hungry.

So Kew Gardens is great all year round, but this Easter is something special. Currently big movie stars Shaun the sheep and his furry friends will be making an appearance at Kew this Easter. They will be hosting a variety of activities including the Springtime Trail, the Vegetable Orchestra and Shaun’s Madcap Meadow. Shaun will be there to encourage us to value the British countryside and celebrate spring in style.

As if this fun packed day wasn’t enough there will also be lessons of the cacao bean, and a CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP! The workshops show the journey from cacao bean to chocolate bar. Sessions last 30 mins and need to be booked in advance for £5 per person. Check TravelBird link for details.
